PADI Deep Diver - Dive Sipadan

There is plenty to see in the shallower depths of the coral reefs and sometimes the colours are more vibrant and the corals more exciting, however, have you wondered, just wondered, what it is you can see swimming that little bit further below you? Have you wondered where that drop off really leads to? Sipadan diving is full of beautiful shallows and exciting drop offs and to maximise your diving experience being a PADI Deep Diver will mean you can see more of what it is there is to see.

Deep diving may seem simple enough — take shallower diving and apply the same concepts? But, there is a little more to it than that, and that is what you will learn on the PADI Deep Diver course. Understand and learn techniques for diving beyond your current maximum depth of 18 metres and explore depths of up to forty metres. Learn about scuba diving equipment considerations and about the specific techniques required in planning, organising and preparing for deep dives.

During the course you will make at least four deep dives with the instructor, getting you ready for the moment you are ready to explore deeper with your buddy or your group.
